Caribbean Fish Coconut Curry
I haven't shared any recipes for a while. Here is something we eat quite often. The recipe is from the Seasoned PioneersPoudre de Colombo curry powder and is very quick and simple.
I've just noticed that I talked about the same recipe in February 2008! http://www.newtastes.blogspot.co.uk/2008/02/coconut-fish-curry.html I still like it five years later! Will try to be more original next time!
